About djezi
In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first physical recording I bought was Street Songs by Rick James. I was COMPLETELY obsessed with Super Freak (not that I knew what he was talking about; I was ten years old). Went to the record store on 183rd and 32nd. Five dollars later, WIN. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Boards of Canada, Music Has the Right to Children Bon Iver, 22, A Million Prince & The Revolution, Around The World In A Day NO WACK TRACKS! For me, “perfection” isn’t necessarily “flawnessness”. These three albums are wholly perfect. Listenable from beginning to end in a way that skipping a song you don’t love subtracts from the experience of enjoying the record entire.
