About Sandro Cavazza

Sandro Cavazza is best known for his soulful vocal range and having been a frequent collaborator of the late Swedish DJ and producer Avicii. The pop singer/songwriter was born Alessandro Michele Cavazza in 1992 in Stockholm, Sweden, and is of Italian heritage. He honed his musical talent as a student of the prestigious Rytmus Stockholm music school and later at the Los Angeles College of Music. Cavazza enjoyed some early success in 2014 as a member of alt-pop group Bonavox; however, he truly broke into the mainstream with appearances on Lost Frequencies’ 2016 single “Beautiful Life” and Avicii’s 2017 hit “Without You.” (He also has co-songwriting credits on the latter’s 2015 album, Stories.) Cavazza released his self-titled debut EP in 2017, displaying his knack for mesmerizing melodies and heartfelt lyrics on songs rooted in his personal experiences.
