I really enjoy finding out the diverse paths other people have taken into content and UX work. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is that “In the Making” is such a common phrase that it's hard to find the podcast in iTunes!

Behind the Scenes of Making a Professional
Interesting look at how leaders in the UX field got where they did. Very cool to hear the many, varied paths of how people found their career, and what that means for how they approach their day-to-day work. And really starting to hit a good stride early on.
