Acme Building Materials Case Study

This book is the result of a simulation exercise sponsored by SEAS Inc, a non-profit, that examines business problems facing organizations around the world. Its based on a fictitious company, Acme Building Materials (ABM), with severe business problems. A panel of experts in the areas of Strategy & Innovation, Enterprise Architecture (EA), and People & Change Management completed a health-check assessment for ABM and developed an answer key.  For several months, these experts collaborated and spoke with board members, employees, and executives pouring over the information to assess and analyze all trouble areas.

The original problem text, research findings, methodologies, recommendations, and roadmap are documented in the answer key provided in this book. The book aims to deliver insights and practical solutions to solve real-world business problems of severely distressed organization through the application of a holistic management approach.
