Publisher Description
Yet Will I Trust Him is more than just a statement said by an ancient Biblical character. It is a statement that must be true in everyone who names the name of Jesus. It is easy to look at a statement like that and be inspired, but it takes on a whole different meaning when you have to live it. I want to share my story with you and explain exactly what I mean. I pray this book you hold in your hands will help you if you ever have to live out this most powerful statement of faith.

I can’t recommend this book enough! This is not a book with 3 simple steps to have more faith. This book is real life; walking with Christ while experiencing pain and disappointment. The revelations the author gained through all of the trials are SO powerful!! You’ll walk away with a deeper relationship with God. I know I did! Seriously. You need this book!

This was one of those books that bless you from cover to cover. To see how God carries you through each storm shows faith strengthened. This was written from the heart.
Amazing read!
“Yet Will I Trust Him” by Kelly Segura, is a great read for any season of your life. At a glance, the book’s focus is on seasons of grief and how to trust God in that season. However, the book is much deeper than this. While Segura uses cancer and miscarriages in his personal life to show seasons of grief; this book can be a help in any season of grief.
Most chapters start off with a Bible story, then jumps to Segura’s personal life and what he went through in that season, then the chapter wraps up with Segura tying the Bible story at the beginning to his personal story and using it as application to trust in God no matter the season.
I laughed, I teared up, I was challenged and most important it taught me how to trust God in every season. Segura did a great job of taking a terrible season of his life physically and showing how you can still grow spiritually.
I would recommend this book to two groups of people:
1. Those going through a tough season. (Cancer, miscarriage, heartache, health problems, marriage problems, parenting problems). This book really helps you see God in the tough moments, even when we think He isn’t paying attention.
2. People who may not be going through a tough season but know someone who is. Reading this book will give you sympathy for their situation but more importantly, it will encourage you to help them see God in that season.
I will be getting more copies to give to people going through seasons of grief. It is a great way to encourage people, if you don’t completely understand the situation. It is not a “self-help” book. In fact, it is the opposite. It helps you take your eyes off of your own strength and place your situation in God’s hands.
