Favorite podcast

Love everything about the podcast. But Sal, Gio and you could have another pod just talking to each other for an hour. That was great.

Great pod

Huge fan of the pod. I am a Sports media nerd who loves the behind the scenes stuff discussed. Really enjoyed the details Gio gave about the Boomer and Gio morning show. All the pods are great, but the all timer has to be Charles Barkley. That was incredible. Looking forward to hearing Bob Ley. A few people I woild love to hear a pod. Mike Francesca, Boomer, and some hockey people before the playoffs. Emily Kaplan would be great. And Sean McDonough would be fascinating with his great career.

Long time listener

I’ve listened to the sports media podcast for a long time and it’s always been a favorite. As whiny as Deitsch was back in the day, Jimmy has taken it to a new level. I love the recurring guests like Curtis, Marchand, Joe Buck, and especially Mad Dog. Jimmy is consistent and doesn’t act like a fanboy even when he got his long time white whale, Charles Barkley. Sal at the end is a perfect segment to close with - used to think he was a bit of a ballbag but l like him now. PS, Rolen is a much better ball player than Jeter!
