Becoming one of the best fitness podcasts out there
Kyle is a great coach, knowledgeable fitness pro and entertaining guy to listen to as well. Definitely a podcast you can listen to 5-10 episodes back to back and not be bored yet take in a lot of information.
His programs, books and ebooks are also great too. I’ve purchased them for myself and others numerous times.
One of the best there is
Kyle does a great job covering strength training and simplifies it for everyday people. His early episodes are filled with great interviews with all kinds of people in the strength world and his more recent stuff does a great job of answering questions people have. I’d love to see some more of those interviews and would love to hear him share client success stories. My IMDb rating for absolute strength is a 9.0.
