Great story, but wishing for more
Reading Hard Knocks was like reading the last couple chapters of a novel, it was the happy ending without any build up. I hope one day to get the full story about Gage and Harper. They could be the most lovable characters if we just had the chance to get to know them. Great way to drive excitement for the Ultimate series; Hard Knocks really makes you beg for more.

Hard Knocks is another great story by Lori Foster. Gage and Harper's story was fun, engaging and kept me hooked. It's also a great introduction to the Ultimate series. Definitely one to check out. You can never go wrong with a Lori Foster book.
Great Introduction that will having wanting for more!
Lori Foster does a great job introducing everyone into her new MMA world. It isn't just Gage and Harper you want to learn more about it is everyone at the rec center. As you read the short story you see what a great pair Gage and Harper make. Harper and Gage knows each other so well, but the one thing they don't know is how much they love one another. Hard Knocks is a fun story to get you ready to read the stories to come in Lori's new Ultimate series. It will make you laugh, pull at your heart strings, and make your heart race along with the characters. Even though this story is short it is a great way to introduce the new MMA world everyone will love.
