From underground roots in Laguna, Typecast became one of the most influential rock bands in Southeast Asia. The award-winning quartet first unleashed their Pinoy post-hardcore sound in the late 1990s, but 2004’s The Infatuation Is Always There created a lasting cult following. Later hits like “Will You Ever Learn” and “The Boston Drama” became set-list staples, and in 2019 they toured internationally, playing in the US and Australia.
