In this fifth episode of the Wachtzeit Project: in Conversation series, Adam chats with composer Mark Wardale. Mark is taking on the next stage of the project by composing a new piece of original music inspired by the contributions made throughout October 2022.

At the point of recording Mark had not yet seen the content from which he would build his composition, and the conversation anticipates the excitement of taking on such an activity.

As the current stage of the Wachtzeit Project comes to a close, Wachtzeit Worldwide Curator Adam Ditchburn, chats with Dr Nicole Deufel, Director of vhs Aalen.

Wachtzeit is a collaboration between her organisation and the Limes Museum Aalen, Dr Deufel gives background on how the project was developed. The pair also chat about their backgrounds in the heritage and museum sector and what the future of such cultural institutions may look like.
