He is irreverent, unorthodox and skilled in navigating complex organizations yet managing to articulate his vision with focused communication combined with a charismatic style.

His experience derives from a wide spectrum of disciplines in leadership, organizational management, business consulting, law, finance, accounting, and taxation. He is skilled in strategic thinking, planning, and execution of organizational initiatives in a constantly evolving world of technology, globalization, and complex organizations changes.

Dhar enjoys sports and music. He is a percussionist and vocalist with expertise in Indian classical, Indian pop, and West Indian genres. He shares this passion with his students at Nirvana Music.
