About Nause

Nause are a Swedish EDM/dance-pop duo who have achieved chart success in their native country. Their songs are bright, melodic, and summery, but also yearning and sentimental. The group was formed in Stockholm in 2008 by Jacob Criborn, Kami Montgarde, and Leonard Scheja, although Montgarde subsequently left. Nause started out by remixing songs by Deadmau5 and Tiësto, eventually completing official remixes for Rebecca & Fiona, Lazee, and Britney Spears. After signing with Universal, they released their debut single "Made Of" in 2011. The song was a massive radio hit, hitting number 15 in the Swedish singles chart and eventually going double-platinum. Further Top 40 hits continued, including "Mellow" and "Hungry Hearts," which hit number one in 2012. That same year, the duo toured Sweden and starred in television series Heartbeats along with Adrian Lux and Albin Myers. 2014 single "Head Over Heels" peaked at number 27. Nause signed with Warner Music in 2016 and released "Dynamite," a collaboration with Pretty Sister (American songwriter Zak Waters). The song reached number 13 on the Swedish pop charts. ~ Paul Simpson
