In early 2015, Brisbane native Jarryd James's lean and haunting "Do You Remember" emerged seemingly from nowhere to dominate Australia's pop chart. A delicious blend of ethereal falsetto, eerie electronics and spacious minimalism, the song was co-written and produced by Joel Little (who helped define the sounds of both Lorde and Broods) and paved the way for James's debut album, Thirty One.
