-You are the one who decides whose criticism is helpful or not. Listen and be open but take what you find useful and forget what isn't.

POINT #3: "DON'T BE A HATER"
-Don't be a destroyer. Try and be constructive and curious about the things you subjectively dislike -- you will learn more and be a positive force in the world.
