Teri617 ,

Really enjoying this podcast so far!

I randomly happened to come across this podcast as I was referred to a book by Debbie Mirza, and when I searched her, I found the interview Terri did with her recently. I’ve listened to a few other episodes, and they are so insightful and relevant for things that I am looking for in a relationship (recently divorced again :( and things that I need to do myself to have healthier relationships, not even romantic but with family and friends). I think we learn our fundamental lessons from our own family and when those are dysfunctional and unhealthy it creates the unstable foundation and groundwork that needs a lot of repair and restructuring. I am looking forward to possibly working with Terri and hearing more of her sophisticated skills and techniques on connecting and being loved and loving.
