    Kul served for 32 years in the UK police service, of which two-thirds were spent at leadership level.

    Using his deep knowledge of Emotional Intelligence, Kul has worked with police forces, universities, fire services, and the oil industry across the globe.

    He is the founder of the fastest-growing personal leadership events in the UK, IGNITE YOUR INNER POTENTIAL. Kul also founded Create and Speak, a very successful intensive public speaker training programme, from which he chooses his speakers for his annual events.

    Kul is also the author of the popular book, ‘Smash the Habit,’ which draws on his experience of overcoming long-held habits. He believes that physical habits are just symptoms of mind habits. He now coaches, speaks and trains on the art of leadership internationally.

    I mean come on! What a better-qualified person to teach us all about leadership than Kul right we absolutely love Kul and we know you guys will too

    This is a bit about Steve.....

    His dedication to helping others came after multiple childhood traumas and turbulent adulthood wrecked by addictions and mental health problems, leading to numerous suicide attempts.

    He emerged a man with a mission to change the world of mental health to ensure no one has to face adversity or challenges alone.

    While in recovery, he has chosen to share his story of hope, healing, and transformation through national television, radio, significant publications along with several nationally and internationally recognised businesses.

    He has met and shared stages with many famous and well know celebrities, including Dame Kelly Holmes, Kristy Gallacher, Russell Brand, Paul Martin, Jonny Benjamin MBE, and Stephanie Cole OBE, as an inspirational speaker. He has written many articles, blogs and his work has been recognised by Facebook who credited him with the title of 'Power Administrator' for his online mental health peer support group. He has also co-authored a book on emerging pride after Suicide and worked as an IPS Service Manager integrated within AWP NHS Mental Health Teams.

    One of his most significant achievements was walking from one end of Britain to the other with just £100 sleeping rough in a tent for 90 days after being diagnosed with several mental health conditions, raising awareness for both mental health and homelessness. He wrote a report on his finding and delivered it by hand by personal invitation to David Cameron at number 10 Downing Street

    He is qualified in many areas of mental and physical health, including youth and adult mental health first aid, awareness of mental health problems, life coaching, counseling skills, level 4 Suicide First Aid, level 3 personal training and one of only a handful of Suicide First Aid tutors in the country.

    His insights and knowledge come from the lived experience of overcoming some of life's biggest challenges, including several mental health issues.

    Alysha’s book is all about how recognising your beauty is fundamental to living your best life.

    After being a finalist in a pageant to be Miss India UK 2018, she realised her own lacking self-confidence and self-love.

    By going through her own journey, she realised her purpose in life is to help others with their self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth and to help people to reach a place where they are fully comfortable in their own body.

    Her mission in life is to help people reach a place of Unconditional Self-Love, as with this she believes we have the power to live a happy, joy-filled, meaningful life.

    She believes that we are all amazing and have the power to do incredible things in the world.

    Not only is Alysha beautiful but she has the brains to back it all up - she’s one amazing cookie!

    By trade she is a Chartered Accountant and was head-hunted to become a Lecturer, teaching a range of subjects through ACA, ACCA and CIMA

    She is also a Motivational Speaker, Confidence and Transformation Coach as well and after a recent move to Canada she is now managing Childcare Centres in Canada

    So you can see she is MORE than qualified to come and speak you guys all about seeing the beauty in yourself and actually having unconditional love yourself

    In 1997 he joined the British Army as a Combat Medic, where they taught him to soldier and how to save lives

    In 2009 his life changed forever after he received injuries from an explosion from an IED

    With help, he rebuilt his life

    and Simon threw himself into various challenges all over the world.

    Later, he became a volunteer ambassador for several service charities because he wanted to help those in a similar situation as he finds himself in and repays the dept of help he felt he owed.

    Now he speaks about his experiences and what he has learned from them.

    We are going to be chatting all things adversity and finding the GOOD and being GRATEFUL for the challenges in your life like Simon did

Great content

I’ve listened to a few of these, as well as being a guest on one, and really enjoy them. Laura and Barry leave their guests to do most of the talking, prompting with intelligent questions when needed. And the result is gold - authentic stories and valuable nuggets.
